The Nutrition Industry can be a very confusing (and often times contradictory) place to navigate. In a world of diet gurus, juice cleanses, 30-day hacks and TikTok advice, finding an optimal diet can be very frustrating.
That’s where I come in 👋🏼.
My passion as a Nutritionist comes from the struggles I faced with my own health. Disordered eating, hours of fasted cardio, fad diets, overpriced supplements, detox teas. You name it, I probably did it at some point.
It took time, reflection and support to find my way to a lifestyle that was balanced and healthy. I can now say that I have a good relationship with food, take pleasure in movement and see it as an opportunity to get stronger and build muscle. All this while enjoying life, feeling confident and living in a body that I love and cherish.
And I want to help you do the same.
This is why I have spent the last seven years (and counting!) learning everything I could about Human and Sports Nutrition (BSc Hons). I’ve made it my mission to educate and empower others to take control of their heath and achieve their goals in a realistic and sustainable way.
I believe in a personalised, evidenced-based approach with practical applications. We’ll strategically couple Nutrition research and Human Physiology with Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Behaviour change techniques to help you identify your limiting beliefs and build one good habit at a time.
